This person will be mainly responsible for Administrative support to Project Management Office.
Duties & Tasks
- To own all project plans and action logs by ensuring that all changes are updated in a timely manner to avoid out-dated information.
- Set up calendar and meeting invitations & appointments.
- To lead project meetings, prepare and circulate meeting agendas & minutes with updated project plans within deadlines.
- To perform project coordination activities by effectively communicating and interacting with cross streams and other stakeholders for smooth management of projects.
- Bring improvement/ efficiency to ensure development and growth in PMO.
- To provide admin support to project team (including ad hoc activities) and prepare/ assist in publishing project metrics and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
- 2-3 Years work experience in a business environment;
- Intermediate to Advanced MS office proficiency (Excel is a must)
- Excellent in English
