1.To assist the MD in his day to day activities and attend to his personal queries. 2. Good planning and organizing skills.
Responsibilities
1.Liaise with operations regarding admini issues
2.Collect information regarding complaints/absences/leaves.
3.Taking minutes of meetings.
4.Looking for the best quotations as and when required.
5.Filling.
6.Reception and sending of mails/Fax.
7.Any other cognate duty.
Experience
1.SC-HSC
2.Certificate/Diploma in secreterial duties by a recognized institution would be an advantage.
3.Minimum 3 years in a similar position.
