We are looking for a Personal & Administrative Assistant to assist the Director of an Event Agency. The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to handle administrative tasks.
Job Description:
-Acting as a first point of contact with clients
-Dealing with correspondence and answer to phone calls
-Planning appointments and meetings
-Booking for travel and transport arrangements
-Organise event and conferences
-Filing
-Any other cognitive tasks to provide assistance to the director
Candidate Profile:
-Diploma in Communication or Administrative Management
-Fluent in both english and french (oral and written)
-Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
-Ability to be well organised and to manage time effectively
Working conditions:
Proposed Salary: Rs 12 000 - 15 000 + Benefits
Working hours: M-F 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 13:00
