The People Development MSC Trainer has the responsibility to teach technical skills to Orange Business Services employees in an MSC. The objective is to support current and evolving business needs while ensuring alignment with the Essentials 2020 and PD&L strategies
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
The Mauritius trainer will be responsible for gathering the training needs for the MSC, in conjunction with both the local Functional SPOCs and other members of PD&L team, to provide a timely Training Plan and schedule
The trainer will also be responsible for the coordination, submission and follow-up of the Government Grant in respect of training.
Ensures that the training environment, materials and facilities are ready and in place the day they will be delivered.
Delivers training in a professional way.
Coordinates and organizes training on the job and promotes other learning methods.
Ensures that all the trainer tasks are fully understood and carried out by the trainer
Minimum of 2-3 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry as a trainer or IT professional.
Experience of working in a Virtual team environment
Ability to engage and be credible with employees at all levels.
Ability to market and promote PD&L trainers to a wide audience
Ability to identify problems and work to find solutions as required.
Knowledge of French a plus
