The role of the job incumbent is to ensure growth in his/her distribution channel/ portfolio of customers through regular visits to customers. He/She will also be required to develop an ongoing and solid relationship with identified partners and customers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure adequate brands and products presence at customer outlets through proper display and presentation
• Increase existing dealers portfolio
• Maintain and grow existing collaboration with identified partners/customers.
• Deal efficiently with customer requests and complaints to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that operational procedures are complied with.(payments, logistics, sales process, etc)
• Achieve set budget and continuously increase dealers sales figures monthly
• Conducts regular in store as well as offsite product training
• Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on sales, quarterly forecast and competitors activities to brand managers
• Ensure proper stock management and assist in identifying and selling slow moving items
• Conclude the best deals with resellers on whole product line up
• Ensure proper sales balance on all product category & brands
PROFILE
• HSC with a Certificate in Sales and Marketing
• 2 years’ experience in a sales environment
• Passionate about going the extra mile to deliver outstanding sales results
• Honest and trustworthy with excellent interpersonal skills
• Conversant with MS Office applications
• Holder of a valid driving licence
