Oracle ERP Analyst

•Ensure proper running of the ERP system so that accounts function meet recoding requirements, reporting needs and closure targets. •Develop new system or new functionality as instructed by the IT Executive

• Ensure proper running of the ERP system so that accounts function meet recoding requirements, reporting needs and closure targets.
• Develop new system or new functionality as instructed by the IT Executive
• Support existing IT systems (ERP and in-house developed)
• Develop  user-level and technical requirements specifications for new systems or changes to existing systems
• Oversee the development of user documentation (instructions for using the systems)
• Suggest research on new technologies being deployed on the market which are related to the  improvements to existing system based on best practices learnt or emerging technology
• Work with IT management to ensure systems are in line with overall IT policies and standards
• Assists users in case of any difficulty using the system
• Help users in understanding different functionalities on the ERP
