Operational & Technical Support Agents

 

 

 

Job Content :

  • Production of contractual reports (committees & indicators);

  • Update of weekly and monthly reports for different teams, including the management;

  • Production and sending of contractual reports within defined SLAs;

  • Optimise routine tasks and reports that might be time consuming;

  • Support Level 1 for users on automated reporting: 1st analysis of questions / solicitations of users, including analysis of specifications; escalation if required;

  • Report and track your activity on a daily basis.

  • Act as an expert to Operation Teams in regards to all internal Tools & Processes;

  • Liase with  the concerned  parties  when needed to review or redefine processes.

 

Requirements:

  • Administration Systems
  • Talend (Talend Studio)
  • Process and Standards
  • Customer relationship management
  • Programming Skills (VBA, SHELL, CRON, PYTHON, etc…)
  • Familiar with FTP, EXCEL, FLAT FILES, JIRA, MYSQL, NOTES.
  • Good communication Skills ( FRENCH  & ENGLISH)
  • Minimum : Degree or Diploma in IT or Computer Sciences
  • 2 to 3 years in an Extranet/Internet environment
