Job Content :
Production of contractual reports (committees & indicators);
Update of weekly and monthly reports for different teams, including the management;
Production and sending of contractual reports within defined SLAs;
Optimise routine tasks and reports that might be time consuming;
Support Level 1 for users on automated reporting: 1st analysis of questions / solicitations of users, including analysis of specifications; escalation if required;
Report and track your activity on a daily basis.
Act as an expert to Operation Teams in regards to all internal Tools & Processes;
Liase with the concerned parties when needed to review or redefine processes.
