Your mission will be to act as Level 1 support for operational team, providing different dashboards and data to them or the management if and when needed. Another primordial aspect of your job will be to automate routine tasks using a variety of tools and data sources.

Responsibilities:


You should ensure the verification and the relaunching of recurrent operating tasks in compliance with scheduled tasks and instructions. You will also be expected to be familiar with the different internal tools, and act as expert for the operational teams.

- Production of contractual reports (committees & indicators)
- Update CMDB;
- Update of weekly and monthly reports for different teams, including the management;
- Production and sending of contractual reports within defined SLAs;
- Optimise routine tasks and reports that might be time consuming;
- Support Level 1 for users on automated reporting: 1st analysis of questions / solicitations of users, including analysis of specifications; escalation if required;
- Report and track your activity on a daily basis.
- Act as an expert to Operation Teams in regards to all internal Tools & Processes;
- Liase with GPO when needed to review or redefine processes.

Knowledge:
 
- Administration Systems;
- Talend (Talend Studio);
- Process and Standards;
- Customer relationship management;
- Programming Skills (VBA, SHELL, CRON, PYTHON, etc…);
- Familiar with FTP, EXCEL, FLAT FILES, JIRA, MYSQL, NOTES.

 Abilities:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, Programming languages;
- Excellent language skills (English and French), spoken and written;
- Ability to understand and interpret a French contract (commitments, constraints;consequences) will be a differentiating factor;
- ITIL certification will be an advantage;
- Knowledge in scripting is a must;
- Candidates proven to have a working experience with TALEND will be given highest priority.
- Exemplary time management, organizational and communication skills;
- Customer service skills are required;Proactive, self motivated and determined attitude;
- Professionalism;
- Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task;
- Tenacity and willingness to learn;
- Ability to build good relationships with local and overseas teams;
- Good interpersonal, team bonding and leadership skills;
- Good IT/communications background and problem solving skills.
- Flexibility relative to working hours (heavy work load at the end of each month and the eight first days).
