We are looking for an office manager capable of running the day to day working of the office. Experience in Human Recourse, Accounting, Fleet management, invoicing, etc.

 

  • Communication Skills: You will be collaborating with co-workers, management, direct reports and in some cases customers. You will need to be able to listen and communicate effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: From ordering the correct type of staples to complying with OSHA standards, making sure every detail is right is crucial to your work.
  • Leadership Skills: You are in charge of the support staff. You will need to motivate, discipline and resolve conflicts on a regular basis.
  • Analytical Skills: How can the company save money? Are we getting the most out of our printer? You will be finding inefficiencies and cost-savings as part of your day-to-day job.
  • Following up on administrative and office staff are doing their job, planning events, making sure the facilities are clean, orderly, and safe, and analysing supply and energy consumption to determine cost-saving and efficiency savings.
    Must be self-motivated and be computer literate.
