We are looking for a dynamic Office Attendant to join our team. He/She will be responsible for cleaning of premises, provision of timely service (food&beverage) and dispatch of documents.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum School Certificate, with experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar role
- Good communication skills: ability to speak English & French fluently
- Driving License and computer literacy would be an advantage

Responsibilities
- Ensure & maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises
- Usher in /guide visitors to the schedule officers and maintain a record of such visits, if so required.
- Ensure that Clients/Visitors are provided with good service. Service to clients includes provision of food and beverage to clients as and when required
- Liaise with the floor hostesses to ensure that the stock of food and beverages is adequate
- Ensure that the coffee machines are in working order and refill the machines as when required
- Perform general cleaning duties (dust down tables)
- Collaborate with cleaning ladies from BDO Offices and replace them on other floors as and when required
- Assist in the cafeteria as and when required
- Run official errands, including the despatch of correspondence, forms and materials and the distribution of files and documents and faxes
- Advise the HR Department of any general office maintenance issues
- Perform any other cognate duties as may be required
