We are looking for an Office Administrator for one of our client, an NGO.
Key responsibilities include to:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (letters, packages etc.)
- Greet visitors and assist staff with meetings as required
- Support budgeting, bookkeeping and payroll procedures
- Support record keeping and databases with personnel, financial and other HR data
- Support educational events and activities of the NGO as required
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with travel bookings and additional administrative tasks
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Profile
- Minimum HSC + 3 years’ work experience
- Work experience in Administration, Basic Accounting
- Experience in handling of organizational accounts and filing is an advantage
- Fluency in English – oral and written - Mandatory
- Fluency in French is an advantage
- Residing in the West
