Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for an Office Administrator.

 

Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for an Office Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing Valuations for consultants.
  • Filing including keeping files up to date.
  • Telephone answering.
  • Prepare DHLs.
  • Updating marketing/internal paperwork.
  • General administration/PA work.
  • Lead generation upon request.
  • Check Bank Statement, making payments, cheques)
  • Any other duties, as requested by the Management.

Qualification:

  • HSC
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant position.

Candidate profile:

  • Good oral and written both English and French;
  • Dedicated
  • Proactive and initiative taker;
  • Team player
  • Good attitude
  • Attention to details
