Our client is currently looking for a reliable Office Administrator. The candidate will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

 

Our client is currently looking for a reliable Office Administrator. The candidate will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth running of the company and contribute in driving sustainable growth
  • Work on and prepare Valuations for consultants
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Prepare documents and responsible for delivery of DHLs
  • Ensure that all marketing/internal paper works are being done and updated as and when required
  • Support general administration/PA work
  • Lead generation upon request
  • Responsible to check Bank Statement, to effect payments and to issue cheques
  • Any other cognate duties, as requested by the Management

Requirements

  • HSC or Diploma holder in related field
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and tasks
  • Very fluent in English and French – spoken and written
  • Good attitude
  • Self-motivated and trustworthy
  • Proficient in MS Office
