We are looking for a creative and highly organised Office Manger to look after our office space and be the gel between our global offices. With a range of responsibilities, you need to be adaptable, an expert multi-tasker and pragmatic problem solver.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Job purpose:

We're looking for a creative and highly organised Office Manager to look after our office space and be the gel between our global offices

Your aim will always be to find ways to make office life simpler, smoother and fun!. With a range  of responsabilities, you need to be adaptable, an expert multi-tasker and pragmatic problem solver. The ideal candidate must be a quick learner and enjoy a challenge.


Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Meet and greet all visitors to the office.
  • Track and report on the team's weekly timesheets.
  • Update the company's HR system (People HR) with sickness, holidays and WFH days.
  • Induction and new starter set-up of new employees - including ordering equipment and system set ups (emails, JIRA etc).
  • Manage and set up meeting rooms and provide refreshments when required
  • Track and order all stationery to suit business needs. Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate the best price.
  • Mange petty cash/welfare fund - ordering fruit, kitchen supplies etc.
  • Organise quarterly team social events.
  • Ensure reception area, office and kitchen are kept tidy at all times.
  • Assist the HR and Exec Teams with ad-hoc tasks - Diary management etc.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' professional experience, ideally in office management, facilities or reception
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in managing budget lines (stationery, staff entertainment, etc)
  • Good IT knowledge (e.g. Windows, Microsoft Office, Gmail, hardware accessories)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in working for a company with several office locations
  • Experience in organising an office move is highly beneficial
