RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report on KPIs defined and assist in the analysis/ investigation of the deviations from agreed targets and related action plans.
- Assist in the operations of customer surveys processes and reporting.
- Perform adhoc information gathering, from either internal or external data sources.
- Participate in the planning and documentation of projects.
- Gathering and reporting on projects updates from managers.
SPECIFICATION:
- Bsc Management, Management with IT or IT related field.
- Previous experience in data mining.
- Conversant with Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good communication skills.
- Tech Savvy.
