RESPONSIBILITIES * To work closely with the Head of Operations, provide secretarial and administrative support in different tasks (simple and complex) and be the liaison when the latter is out of office or overseas. * To provide support in field operations where the HOD is involved.
REQUIREMENTS
* HSC minimum
* Exposure to Tourism - through stages or past jobs
* Exceptional administration skills, strong planning, organization and computer literacy.
* High level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities, without losing focus on planning ahead.
* Be Extrovert with strong communication skills both written and spoken.
* FLUENT in English and French
* IcT literate
* Skilled in working both independently and as part of a team
* The ability to perform whilst under pressure and be prepared to take challenges
* Being in the Tourism Industry, selected candidates should have a very flexible approach to their working hours
