We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals in our Commercial Support Team, with a pro-active attitude to service our portfolio of international corporate and private clients.
In our Commercial Support Team, we are looking for a dynamic team player being able to bring the team to the next level. The responsibilities include amongst others:
- Setting up including incorporation/registration of Global Business License Companies, Trusts, Funds, Foundations, Foreign Companies, activity Licenses, Local Companies, Limited Partnerships amongst others, and all related duties pertaining thereto;
- Onboarding duties including reviewing due diligence documentation of clients prior to submission to Compliance Department and ensuring adherence to Company policies, procedures and legal requirements;
- Liaising with relevant authorities and professional firms for entity set up in an efficient and timely manner;
- Assisting with opening of bank accounts for newly incorporated companies and any related services;
- Ensuring all information regarding companies incorporated are kept updated on Company’s software; and
- Assisting with the application of any license/permits with the relevant authorities in an efficient and timely manner.
Required qualifications:
- Holder of a relevant diploma or degree in Law, Management, Finance or Marketing.
- 2 to 3 Years of relevant working experience in a similar position or administration in the Global Business sector.
- Fluent in French and English.
