Skills profile

• Degree Holder in IT, Electronic, Telecommunications or related field
• CCNA Certification or equivalent desirable
• Knowledge of Cisco switches and routers, Security devices
• Knowledge of Riverbed appliances would be an advantage
• 1-2 years working experience in IT or Telecom as a pre-requisite

Duties

• Troubleshooting on WAN links with a special focus on ADSL, TSDL, FTTH
• Troubleshoot network related issues on LAN/ WAN and knowledge of ONE Access, Cisco, Juniper and Bintec routers desirable
• Escalation to appropriate network providers and third-parties
