Minibar Attendant

The Minibar Attendant is responsible of maintaining high levels of Minibar facilities and services to all guests at all times.

2. Ensure that all listed items in the minibar can be eaten/consumed safely without any problem

3. Ensure that all the refrigerator are in perfect state and in its standard

4. Report lost items to the HOD and security to have a follow up.

5. Promote team work and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments

6. Performs any other duties assigned by the superior.

7. Ensure that the charged clients are exactly the name of the guest and room number.

8. Ensure that bills and consumed items are being replaced to avoid complaints.

9. Ensure that the balance remaining at the end of the work is exactly as the stock sheet, there must not be any surplus or missing.

10.  Ensure that expired items are removed and replaced
