LUX* Grand Gaube is hiring for the position of Mini Club Supervisor. Reporting to the Head of Entertainment, the incumbent will to plan, implement and participate in the smooth and efficient operation of all the Kids Club activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- School Certificate /or equivalent qualifications.
PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE
- A minimum of 2-4 years of working experience as Mini Club Assistant preferably in the Hospitality industry.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- High levels of integrity.
- Passionate about service.
- Creative and innovative.
- Good Personality.
- Strong team management and leadership skills in order to lead, motivate and develop subordinates.
- Proactive, dynamic, flexible and professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong team spirit and ability to work independently.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS (Continued)
- Organised, able to multitask and detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. A third language would be a definite advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, during weekends and public holidays.
- Holder of Food Handlers’ Medical Certificate.
- A clean certificate of character is a must
