Merchandiser/ Senior Merchandiser

World Knits Ltd is seeking to hire an Account Holder or Senior Merchandiser to work in the Merchandising department on a full-time basis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Closely monitor sampling approval process and liaise with clients for approval to go ahead;
• Reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand;
• Work on product development and the price proposal for the clients;
• Work within World Knit’s corporate culture, designated objectives to achieve  customer satisfaction and meet the KPIs for operational excellence;
• Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders and the supply chain to meet customers’ needs;
• keep track of the position of the order that is being processed in the factory from development stage up to bank transaction.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Higher School Certificate
• Bachelor degree would be advantageous
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in textile environment;
• Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles;
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools mainly excel and power query;
• At ease with numbers and data analysis.
