Ensure deployment of Group’s global strategies / initiatives locally to meet organizational short term and long term objective

Project / Program Management
Design and management of a project office, designed to support a varied portfolio in a transversal environment
Management of local project management activity: produce key governance, methodologies, tools & processes for the definition and management of projects
Visible leadership of owned projects, with clearly communicated goals, benefits, and plans
Regular tracking and reporting to sponsors & stakeholders of project progress (actual and reforecast) against project plans.
Develop risk mitigation & issue management plans and communicate to all stakeholders throughout project life-cycle.
Direction & management of project team to ensure smooth delivery of projects; provide timely & efficient resolution of all key project and implementation escalations.
Ensure consistent and improved quality levels of project
Provide input to the PM Practice initiatives and ensure projects are conducted in compliance with standard methodology, procedures and tools.
Line management of and providing leadership and motivation to project management staff
Degree in business, engineering, science (or other relevant area), or equivalent qualification; MBA will be an advantage
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience of demonstrated competence in project/program/strategic management and related roles
