Manager Leasing

Cim Finance Ltd is currently looking for a Manager Leasing to work in its growing Leasing Department.

Purpose

• Acquire new business and consolidate relationship with existing suppliers and clients
• Expand the client portfolio and seek new opportunities for Cross Selling
• Establish business tie ups and partnership with business partners
• Manage team of leasing sales officers

Responsibilities

• Organise sales visits and establish new businesses
• Conduct regular visits to targeted companies and clients
• Target and plan sales presentations to clients
• Plan objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales officers and assistant sales officers
• Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/partners relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Follow up with departments for smooth and rapid processing of client requests

Candidate’s Profile

• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good negotiation skills and business knowledge
• Relevant analytical skills to understand Financials
• Good management and leadership skills
• Relevant experience in exceeding target revenue, build long-term relationships and work in a team-oriented environment
• Possess relevant working experience and knowledge of the finance industry

Qualification

A degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or any relevant fields

Experience

At least 5 years’ experience in sales or customer service at management level.
