Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Preventative Maintenance program at the plant to ensure efficient, optimum & safe operation of all equipment
• Establish proper scheduling of all maintenance related activities
• Troubleshoot equipment failures or breakdowns (electrical & mechanical) and recommend corrective actions
• Lead and provide guidance to the maintenance team
• Ensure successful completion of projects according to clearly defined and agreed upon objectives
• Provide technical support to the Production Department
• Implement departmental objectives, policies and procedures

Profile

• An Engineering degree with a minimum of 2+  years experience
• Maintenance, Engineering or Project Management experience would be an asset
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision
