Manser Saxon Training Academy is looking for a qualified Freelance Trainer to deliver quality English Language Course to our NSDP (National Skills Development Programme) trainees:
Main Duties
- Facilitate English language learning to a group of trainees with varied academic levels
- Create effective learner-centered lesson plans aimed at acquiring and developing frequently used workplace vocabulary, including:
- reading and understanding documents used at work, signage in factory and on sites
- completing work-related documents and forms
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in English Language
- 5 years of proven experience in teaching
- Registered as Trainer with the MQA

- Exceptional planning and organising skills
- First class people skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Able to use creativity and imagination in class to promote effective learning.
