Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Litigation and Recovery Officer (Claims department).
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare, lodge and follow up of recovery cases with Third Party Insurers or other Third Parties.
- Negotiate recovery cases with Third Party insurers and other Third Parties.
- Represent the company in recovery cases before the court.
Qualification:
- Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- Degree in Law or Professional insurance qualifications or progress towards.
- At least 3 years’ working experience in a similar position or as an Attorney’s Clerk handling recovery or litigation.
Candidate profile:
- Be proactive and dynamic
- Have good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Be a team player
- Be conversant with MS Office Tools
