Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Life Administrator.

 

Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Life Administrator.

Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will assist in developing the correct administration system and maintain good relationship with brokers, underwriters and clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare client quotations
  • Process New Business Application within a turnaround of 48 hours
  • Monitor clients’ applications up until policy issue
  • Update the CRM System with clients’ details, documents and application updates
  • Assist Brokers with any queries regarding existing clients’ inquiries
  • Ensure follow up of Broker inquiries
  • Liaise with underwriters and ensure that client applications are processed in a timely manner
  • Generate Weekly Progress Reports for allocated Brokers
  • Assist Administration Manager in ‘quality control’ checks
  • Any other duties, as requested by the Directors and Head of Operations

Qualification:

  • Fresh graduate – degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Management
  • 1 year experience in administrative tasks

  • Pleasant and outgoing personality
