Leisure Supervisor

The Preskil Beach Resort is actually looking for a Leisure Supervisor to fulfill the following responsibilities:

- Set up of leisure activities indoor and outdoor for hotel clients

- Prepare and posting of daily programme on notice board/ canvassing guest to participate in activities

- Prepare planning for the leisure staff and ensure timely coordination

- Responsible of the mini club section and coordinate with the miniclub hostess the daily activities

- Organise sports/dancing  and other competitions encouraging participation of guests

- Participate in games and sports as co-partner initiating first time payers to rules and procedures

- Animate cabaret, shows. introducing artist. singing, dancing and playing music

- Ensure that Health & Safety procedures are being respected

- Ensure that budget allocated to entertainment is being respected while ensuring that the guests are having a memorable moment

- Mise en place organisation in case of rain and cyclone

- Ensure guests' satisfaction as a priority
