Leisure Manager

The Compagnie de Gros Cailloux (a subsidiary of The United Basalt Products Ltd) is seeking to recruit a Leisure Manager.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and ensure smooth running of the leisure activities
• Meet prospective customers to promote the facilities of the centre
• Ensure outstanding customer service to all guests and visitors
• Ensure that the centre abides by all the legal requirements
• Provide monthly reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of leisure activities
• Collaborate with the General Manager to establish budget and take required action to meet targets
• Work in close collaboration with Group Events Coordinator to implement leisure  activities
• Coordinate clerical, recordkeeping, inventory, manpower deployment, and marketing activities

 Candidate’s Profile: 

• Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Leisure and Recreation Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years in a similar position
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• An analytical approach and problem solving
• Flexible, organized and pro-active
