We are looking for a Legal Officer for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Draft, Vet and Advise all legal documents
• Liaise on all legal matters with regards to Corporate Administration, Regulatory Authorities
• Maintain proper compliance in accordance with local and overseas regulatory bodies
• Review and Update Secretarial/ Statutory & Compliance Files
• Ensure all data and information regarding Companies and Clients are correctly maintained
• Responsible for all legal, compliance and statutory matters for local and overseas companies
• Any other duties as may be directed by the Head of Operations/Team

Candidates must possess:

• ICSA qualification with legal background is a MUST
• Sound and indepth knowledge of Mauritius Offshore Global Business, FSC, Company Law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to perform under pressure and odd hours
• Team work is important

Conditions

Hours/Days of work: Monday to Friday: 09h00 to 17h30

Basic Salary: According to experience (Rs.30, 000 – Rs. 35,000)
