Cim Finance Ltd is looking for a dynamic and motivated Learning & Development Specialist to work in its growing Human Resource Department.

Purpose

The Training Specialist will work closely with the Learning and Development Manager in the implementation and support of the Learning and Development Strategies. The position will mainly involve the ability to design and deliver internal training to Cim employees as well as ensuring the employees are able to assimilate and apply consistent standards of product knowledge, communication skills as well as the self-motivation to provide outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate face-to-face training in a classroom setting and apply adult-learning principles in training delivery
• Develop and maintain an appropriate level of industry, compliance and technical knowledge
• Implement standardised curricula, materials and processes
• Modify existing training deliverables to address customer needs & develop training deliverables accordingly
• Manage training related projects
• Conduct needs assessment and other types of analysis to identify gaps in employee performance or knowledge. 
• Working knowledge of a Learning Management System
