LIFE SCIENCE GRADUATES

LOOKING FOR LIFE SCIENCE GRADUATES FOR INTERNATIONAL LAB PRODUCTS COMPANY. Communicates with customers and VWR associates primarily via email to clarify order details & quotations specifications and ensure all details are understood and customer requirements are fulfilled.

KEY TASK

•Read and understand the client requirements (Article, Price, Quantity, etc) mentioned on the customer order in the European languages (German/Italian/Spanish/Finnish/Dutch/ in any Nordic languages) 
•Review of the customer instructions to make sure all the customer requirements (Shipping mode & dates, Inco terms, etc.) are met. 
•Generate Sales Order & Quotations in SAP system by capturing and entering the customer requirements. 
•Generate the Quotation in the SAP system by capturing and entering the customer requirements. 
•The individual will be responsible for coordinating and sourcing information from other departments (VWR Internal), to resolve any discrepancy occurring in Sales order or quotations generated 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
. Should be a Graduate in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry 
. Any European third language is an added advantage 
•Typing skills with minimum of 25 wpm with an accuracy of 90% and above preferred 
•Strong analytical & problem solving skills 
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel 
•Good organization skills 
•Ability to learn VWR terminology 
•Flexible to work in shifts that suits business requirement 
•Ability to coordinate actions across various functions and drive results 
•A good team player 
•Mathematical skills will be an added advantage
