Education and Experience:

• BAC+2 / Advanced Diploma
• Degree in Information Technology / Software Development or equivalent
• Sound understanding of Linux Operating System
• Knowledge of W3C norms and Web Development tools and SW solutions
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience, ideally in corporate organizations or web agencies.

Duties and Competences:

• Writing of Codes in programming and scripting languages such as PHP, AJAX, MySQL, JavaScript, Jquery, CSS3, HTML5
• Planning and prototyping new applications
• Designing the architecture of the components of a n application
• Testing the sites and applications in different browsers and environments
• Enhancing and fixing of bugs in existing applications
• Meeting with suppliers for discussing project updates
• Staying up to date with new trends and advancements in web development
• Building and maintaining of databases
• Good understanding of Standard Development Life Cycle SDLC
