LCI is looking for a dynamic IT Engineer (Networks) who will provide design, installation, implementation and support services for IT network, security and telephony equipment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Do site surveys , participate in customer meetings, build technical solutions for customers
- Write up of technical proposals
- Do network and other IT equipment installation as per requirement and project timelines
- Respond to incidents and resolve as per SLA requirements
- Follow-up on incidents and ensure closure to customer’s satisfaction
- Follow all company and ISO procedures
- Document all implementations and interventions
- Communicate with customers
- Train staff and customers as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor in Electronic Engineering/Computer Systems
- Experience of 3 years on large networks including enterprise switches, routers and firewalls.
- Implementation and Support of network and security solutions for above 50 users
- Experience on HP and Cisco network devices
- Experience with Fortinet firewalls
- Experience on wireless access points devices
- Experience with Cyberoam and UTM appliances
- 3-4 years experience in support of Network and Security systems of above 50 users
- Cisco Certified Professional
- Experience on IP telephony
