Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, an insurance and leasing service provider, is looking for an Insurance Sales Executive (Motor).

 

Our client, an insurance and leasing service provider, is looking for an Insurance Sales Executive (Motor).

The successful candidate will be responsible to build very strong mutual relationships within the distributorships.

Main responsibilities

  • Achieve the monthly and annual Insurance targets.
  • Achieve the budgeted penetration for new vehicles.
  • Increase branch profitability with an aim of improving business performance through effective monthly performance.
  • Monitor the operation’s capacity in terms of processes, compliance.
  • Manage individual performance and provide necessary support to colleagues to achieve Targets in the sales department.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to be committed to the team’s performance both for the short term and long term visions for Insurance products.
  • Oversee and coordinate the implementation of strategic plans with the General Manager or Line Manage.
  • All reports are completed for the day and produce monthly reports for management.
  • Follow up from payments through bank statements with the financial accountant and update the system on a daily basis.
  • Keep track of arrears from the system and populate reports for arrears officers and management from time to time. 
  • Network with Reputable Insurance Companies in the Motor Industry within Mauritius to promote the company and its products.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through timely resolution of all customer complaints at any dealership which you may be called to work with from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years Insurance experience with a proven track record in the Mauritian Corporate and in depth knowledge of Insurance | SME leasing market.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Insurance | leasing industry and its products’ offering
  • Thorough understanding and interpretation of Insurance policies and certificates.
