To present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. To act as a front line representative for the Company with a professional and neat appearance at all times.

 

  • Prepare documentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Assist in the development of promotional strategies and product development.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Follow up the Sales and Marketing plan and promote Company’s products and services.
  • Establish useful links with relevant external organisations through networking opportunities.
  • Compile fact sheets, statistics, graphs, manuals and reports for products and prospective markets.
  • Prepare paperwork including quotations and invoices to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Complete sales contracts and other forms applicable, duly maintain and update sales records and ensure an efficient tracking system of all paperwork.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and marketing events as and when required.
  • Maintain up-to-date records regarding potential prospects.
  • Liaise regularly with the Sales Manager and keep latter informed of progress of sales.
  • Prepare and submit reports to Management on a regular basis including activity, follow-up and sales progress.
