Indoor Sales Representative

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work with a sports equipment shop. Our Client, Epic Sports, is specialised in cycling & other sports equipment and is now recruiting for its Forbach branch, an Indoor Sales Representative.

 Main Duties:

• Create a perfect customer service experience for customers interested in sports equipment
• Maximise revenue by ensuring that customers are aware of the full range of products & services
• Answer customer queries by phone
• Schedule servicing appointments with customers as per workshop availability
• Keep customer database updated
• Perform admin duties as and when required
• Keep shop tidy at all times

Qualifications/Experience:

• Preferably HSC holder
• Minimum of 1 year experience is a definite advantage

Ideal Profile:

• Passion for or good experience in selling sports equipment
• Ability to build rapport with people easily
• Enjoy creating amazing experience for customers
• Enjoy working in a team and also ability to work with minimum supervision
• Organised, motivated, energetic & genuine
