Our Client, V’Ocean Capital Partners Ltd, an India focused investment management company requires for immediate employment an India Investor Relations and Analyst.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating with auditors for Indian tax filings
- Responsible for monitoring the compliance of the rules, regulations, notifications, guidelines and instructions issued by the Indian authorities
- Assisting in decision making by providing regular Indian market updates and economic data analysis
- Responding to queries raised by the Indian service providers e.g. brokers and custodian
- Perform research and analysis of Indian financial opportunities
- Preparing presentations on investments made in India
- Conducting business analysis in India and working closely with Indian Investment team to develop and manage various products/services
- Acting as principal point of contact between the fund in Mauritius and the sub advisor in India
- Acting as principal point of contact for all investors worldwide
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree from a recognized University in management or finance related field
- Master’s Degree or professional qualification will also be an advantage
- At least 2 years’ experience in the finance sector
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Dynamic
- Computer Literate: Ms. Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Excellent written skills - ability to draft effective communications (emails, letters, memos, reports, instructions) with good grammar, spelling & proofreading skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
