Implementation Coordinator II

Summary: 
The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient process delivery to our clients. The key dimensions of this role are accuracy, productivity, timeliness, quality of service and professionalism.
The job is mainly to set up client information derived from Sales Contracts and it consists of the following:
• To enter customer account level details into OneCRM tool.
• To submit Billing and Risk work orders (activities).
• To monitor and follow up on non-completed work orders.
• To forward successfully completed customer account cases to the applicable Implementation and Service/Projects teams.
• To set up client info on Powerpay web based application, implementation database and sending welcome emails to customers.

• Meet or exceed process KPIs
• Execute corrective and preventive action plans
• Ensure that complaints are proactively managed to a resolution
• Record key delivery data for metrics purposes.
• Achieve delivery of tasks in accordance with agreed schedules, procedures and standards
• Accurate recording of time, effort and schedule related activities via trackers
• Seek and respond to development feedback

Supervisory Responsibilities: 
• Supervision of other personnel is not required in this position.

Education/Experience: 
We can only consider candidates who can demonstrate that they meet the following minimum requirements:
• HSC/Diploma holder 
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in an onshore offshore environment.
