IT Technician

Role: To provide IT Support services to departments within the Tropic Knits Group

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide full support to IT Users in the cluster
• Respond to queries and dispense training to users in the group
• Advise Management & Users on the hardware installation and repairs
• Advise Management & Users on the installation of support of software
• Build strong working relationship with IT services/ supplies providers

Required profile:

1. Good communication skills in English and French
2. Solution Oriented
3. Flexible and ready to work on odd hours as and when required
4. Tertiary Education in IT related subjects
5. Fresh graduates may also apply
