IT Support Officer

Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, a leading company in Mauritius, is looking for an IT Support Officer.

Our client, a leading company in Mauritius, is looking for an IT Support Officer.

Reporting to the IT Manager at the head office, the successful candidate will provide technical level support via email, phone or on-site.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide support to the IT Manager.
• Install & configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers & scanners.
• Setting up computer equipment & programs.
• Investigate, diagnose & solve computer software and hardware faults.
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts.
• Schedule computer maintenance.
• Any ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

• SC/ HSC or Diploma in IT related field.
• At least 2 years’ working experience in the same position.
• Proficient in Microsoft environment.
