The IT Software & Reporting Support is accountable to assist the IT Manager in end users data extraction and presentation as well as user maintenance on our several IT Platforms.
Duties:
Assist the IT Manager in user creation and maintenance
Assist the end users in data extraction and present these information in a user friendly format
Ensure that requests for IT Support are attended to within the prescribed turnaround time
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
BSc (Hons) IS or equivalent
2 years experience in IS support functions in general business environment
Excellent MS Excel skills with understanding of SQL for data extraction
