RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to Customer Technical issues and assist through diligent research, reproduction and troubleshooting
- Manage SLA and and proper escalation of issues
- To provide continuous updates on progress of issues,until resolution.
- Call customer for updates or further information where necessary
- Follow up internally with technical team member to keep the momentum going.
- To be able to support and maintain existing system
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Familiarity with 24x7 IT service desk functions
- Basic knowledge of standard server issue,e-commerce site functions
- Knowledge of basic Unix/Linux commands and functions would be of advantage.
- Any experience with JS/CSS/HTML would be of added advantage but not mandatory.
- Attention to details and ability to handle sensitive matters is must requirement.
