Responsible to efficiently process tenders, RFQ's and RFP's and assist the Sales Officer and the Corporate Sales Manager in the day to day sales activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To efficiently work on all requests for quotes and tenders.
- To promote and sell IT software, hardware and peripherals to corporate customers.
- To attend to customers' requests for hardware, software and IT solutions.
- To work out appropriate solutions that will fit customers' needs.
- To negotiate to get best prices from suppliers.
- To maintain close follow-up with customers for all quotes submitted.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- At least HSC or equivalent.
- A certificate or diploma in IT would constitute an advantage.
- An experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
- A knowledge of Apple products would be an advantage
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent communication and public relations skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
