RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain and monitor procedures the Hotel's ICT services
- Make recommendations for new equipment and services to purchase.
- Configuration and installation of desktop hardware and software requirements.
- Troubleshooting of Laptops, PCs, Printers, Projectors, telephony, Network and Wi-Fi Issues
- Assist Hotel Staff and clients with their IT needs
- Document Procedures, configurations, SOPs and IT inventory
- Assist IT Coordinator in day to day running of IT department
- Train and guide staff hardware and software usage
- Any other cognate duties
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Higher School Certificate (HSC)
- A+ or CCNA Certification will be a plus
- At least 1 to 2 years in a similar position
