Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the financial sector, is looking for a Head of Leasing.

 

Our client, in the financial sector, is looking for a Head of Leasing.

The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the daily activities of the Leasing department in accordance with organization policies and standards.

Main responsibilities:

  • Head up an existing sales and leasing team.
  • Divise sales and leasing strategies for existing and new portfolio.
  • Interact with marketing department to divise and execute marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and manage all relationships with customers.
  • Manage the quality of the portfolios and customer service provided.
  • Create networks with key decision makers internally and externally.
  • Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of business trends and competition on the market Management of end of lease process and early settlement of leases.
  • Ongoing training and developing of the existing sales and leasing team.
  • Control the quality of the portfolio.
  • Manage the leasing book to ensure that there is appropriate supervision and coordination and make recommendations for corrective measures.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the business.
  • Adhere to Risk Management and Compliance guidelines/ policies.
  • Keep updating knowledge regarding corporate trade and business policies.

Profile:

  • A minimum of 10 years overall experience, including within sales/business development and leasing.
  • Must possess sound knowledge of the leasing market.
  • Proven track record of managing a team.
  • Solid understanding of the business and market dynamics, key challenges and competitive landscape of leasing.
