Head of Corporate and Private Wealth Services

The Head of Corporate and Private Wealth Services (the “Head”) shall be responsible for all aspects of the portfolio of PWS including revenue generation, operational integrity and overall management of the PWS Division (the "Division").

The Head of Corporate and Private Wealth Services shall have the following duties and responsibilities:

Operational Integrity

1. Ensuring that risk is managed and monitored in accordance with the general compliance and risk guidelines set by the Company;

2. Ensure strict adherence to operational process is in place by the Company;

3. Ensuring client services within each portfolio is delivered within the deadlines set by the Company and clients;

4. Executing any other tasks, projects, initiatives related to the job position, which may be assigned from time to time by the ExCo of the Company;

Human Resources

1. Lead PWS in accordance with the values of the Company;

2. Ensuring that the training needs of each member of PWS are identified and provided. Design and implement career path;

Financial

1. Deliver on the budget as agreed with Exco and Board of Directors; and

2. Shall be responsible for reporting on the financial and operational performance of the Division.
