Head of Business Development - (1735-HBD)

Our client is seeking to recruit a Head of Business Development.

Responsibilities:

. Create/develop BD strategies based on the opportunities in the market for profitable growth.
. Identifying new business opportunities, setting up meetings and preparing sales presentations to potential clients with a view of closing business deals.
. Establish and build new relationships with potential Brokers and Agents and target customers that have prospective business and support them to maximise sales potential.
. Work closely with underwriting department to ensure quality service and underwriting standards.

Profile:

. Degree in Business Administration/ MBA.
. Knowledge of the Insurance industry.
. Business development and marketing experience of minimum 5 years and in meeting sales targets.
. Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
