• NTC 3 from Hotel School with an excellent knowledge of wines • 3 Years experience in similar hotels or resorts 5* • Fluent in English and French both written and spoken, a third language would be an advantage
•Responsible for ordering, receiving, inventory, organizing and selling wine.
• Oversee all wine purchases and cost management.
• Assist members and guests during the dinner service with wine recommendations and
selection.
• Promote wines and up-sells by using suggestive selling techniques.
• Ensure an efficient and high quality service to guests.
• Ensure guests’ satisfaction.
• Provide advice and information to clients and restaurant staffs on the selection of wine by possessing a thorough knowledge of the menu and all wines on wine list and their prices.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently through appropriate interaction and action and/or referral to Superior.
