RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To plan and organize activities of the department and resources effectively and efficiently
2. To prioritize, supervise and review tasks of team members
3. To develop staff according to company policies
4. To report on productivity
5. To review systems and platforms through analysis and recommendations
6. To lead System Administration – server, network, security, virtualization, and other cloud platform components
7. To ensure the enforcement of application incident response and escalation process - Driving Project Management, Process Reviews and Change Management

EXPERIENCE
1. 4-5 years in similar position
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
1. Degree in ICT, Engineering or other related fields
2. A Master’s degree in IS would be an advantage
3. ITIL knowledge
4. Certified MCSE, CCNA, ITIL, CISA
5. Sound analytical skills and organizational abilities
6. Expert knowledge of: TCP/IP networking, Microsoft Servers, Linux/Unix, Security Systems, Networking, Virtualization
